Consent to the Processing of Personal Data

I hereby give my consent to the Sole Proprietor Renot Filipp Dmitrievich (Taxpayer ID: 772161740211; Primary State Registration Number of Individual Entrepreneur: 321774600491198), located at the address: 109147, Moscow, Vorontsovskaya str., 35, bldg. 2, (hereinafter referred to as the "Operator"), for the processing of my personal data.

1. List of Processed Personal Data:

• Last name, first name, patronymic (if any);
• Date, month, year and place of birth;
• Gender;
• Citizenship;
• Address of registration and place of residence;
• Contact details (phone number, email address, social media and messenger addresses);
• Data from identity documents (passport, SNILS, Taxpayer ID);
• Educational documents;
• Employment history information;
• Military registration documents;
• Medical insurance policy;
• Other data provided by me for the purposes specified in this Consent.

2. Purposes of Personal Data Processing:

• Provision of consulting services;
• Conclusion and execution of service agreements;
• Interaction with potential employers;
• Sending me informational materials (including regarding ongoing promotions, new services), requesting feedback on service quality;
• Carrying out settlements for services rendered.

3. Methods and Actions for Data Processing:
The processing of personal data will be carried out using both automated and non-automated methods and includes the actions stipulated by legislation: collection, recording, systematization, accumulation, storage, clarification (updating, modification), retrieval, use, transfer (provision, access), depersonalization, blocking, deletion, and destruction.

4. Transfer of Personal Data:
I consent to the transfer of my personal data to third parties, exclusively for the purposes specified in Section 2, to the following categories of recipients:

• Potential employers within the framework of the service agreement;
• Employees responsible for the processing of personal data;
• Other persons in cases directly provided for by the current legislation of the Russian Federation.

5. Term of Consent and Right of Withdrawal:
This consent is granted for the entire period of provision of consulting services to me by the Operator.
I have been informed that I have the right to withdraw this consent by submitting a written statement to the Operator's address. Withdrawal of consent shall not prevent the completion of settlements for services rendered prior to the moment of withdrawal. The Operator is obliged to cease processing and destroy my data within a period not exceeding thirty (30) days from the date of receipt of the withdrawal, except in cases where processing may be continued in accordance with the law (for example, to fulfill requirements established by legislation).

6. Confirmations and Guarantees:
I confirm that by giving this consent, I am acting of my own free will and in my own interest. All information provided by me is accurate.
I confirm that I have read the Operator's Policy regarding the processing of personal data, posted on information boards on the Operator's premises and/or on the Operator's website.

The Operator guarantees the confidentiality and security of the processing of my personal data in accordance with the requirements of Federal Law No. 152-FZ "On Personal Data" dated July 27, 2006.
The Operator is responsible for ensuring the security of personal data, protecting it from unlawful use in accordance with the requirements of Federal Law No. 152-FZ, and is liable to the personal data subject for damage caused by violation of personal data protection legislation.
